INTEGRATED MARITIME LNG AZERBAIJAN – TURKEY – ROMANIA

Integrated Marine LNG Project with regional terminals

Infrastructure facilities to deliver Natural Gas (NG) to LNG processing plant (FLNG) in Turkey, transport through LNG carrier to a receiving LNG terminal (FSU) and inject NG by pipeline to Romanian gas-pipeline network (interconnected to the EU’s gas pipelines).

NG pipeline from Ardahan to Hopa in Turkey; LNG processing plant in Hopa-Turkey; LNG Import Terminal in Constantza- Romania

Install, operate &maintenance a gas pipeline of 160 Km. Install, operate & maintenance a LNG processing plant (0.22 @ 1.0 MTPA), a LNG Carrier (15,000 m3) and a LNG Import Terminal (16,000 @ 130,000 m3).

The project is divided in Phase 1 and 2 dueto several factors: financial view(acceleration of cash-flow); operational view (flexibility) and; market view (LNG demand will growth gradually from small to large scale). Facilities of import terminal Phase 1 might move to another terminal. Hopa & Constantza will move to be relevant HUBs from Caspian Sea and Black Sea. Trans- Caspian Gas Pipeline can move forward.

Commissioning Phase 1: 2026-III and Phase 2: 2028 - III
